These terms are the agreement between you and Amplify d.o.o. for the use of Everything Counts, the personal finance app for macOS that is published at everythingcounts.app. When you install or use Everything Counts, you accept these terms.

You may install and use Everything Counts for your personal use or for your work, on each Mac that you own or control.

Your license is personal. You must not sell, rent, share or give it to a different person.

You must not copy the app to distribute it, take it apart to make a product that competes with it, or remove the notices in it, except where the law permits this.

You can use Everything Counts free of charge for 14 days from the first time that you open it. The trial needs no account and no payment card.

When the trial ends, Everything Counts asks you for a license key. Nothing is deleted. Your data stays on your Mac, and when you enter a key you continue from where you stopped.

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases of Everything Counts.

Paddle takes the payment, calculates the sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your invoice. You give your card details to Paddle. We do not see them.

Because Paddle sells the app to you, the buyer terms of Paddle also apply to your purchase.

Everything Counts costs $24 USD, paid one time. There is no recurring charge, nothing renews, and the app does not stop at a later date.

You can ask for a full refund in the 14 days after your purchase. The refund policy tells how to ask for a refund and what then occurs with your license.

We publish new versions of Everything Counts from time to time. The app tells you when a new version is available and can download it for you. It does not install the new version itself.

We do not promise to publish updates on a schedule, or for all time.

Your financial data stays on your Mac. It does not go to servers that Everything Counts operates. The app connects to everythingcounts.app only for the license and the update check. See the privacy policy for the details.

Because your data is on your Mac only, you must make your own backups. We cannot see your data, and we cannot recover it for you.

Everything Counts is a tool to record and show your own financial data. It does not give financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. You are responsible for the decisions that you make with it.

Use Everything Counts in a lawful way, and only with data that you have the right to use.

Everything Counts is provided as it is. As far as the law permits, Amplify d.o.o. gives no warranty that the app will work without interruption, without errors, or for a specific purpose. The app shows the values that you enter or import. Make sure that they are correct.

As far as the law permits, Amplify d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or damaged data. The total liability under these terms is not more than the amount that you paid for the app.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit.

You can end this agreement at any time. Stop to use the app and delete it. When you delete the app, your data stays in the Everything Counts folder on your Mac until you delete that folder. The privacy policy tells where it is.

This agreement ends automatically if you break these terms in a serious way.

These terms can change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the change.

The laws of Croatia apply to these terms. The courts of Zagreb decide all disputes about them.
