Refund policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
14-day money-back guarantee
If Everything Counts is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund in the 14 calendar days after your purchase. You do not have to give a reason.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law. It does not limit a mandatory right to a refund, withdrawal, repair or a different remedy.
How to ask for a refund
Send an email to support@everythingcounts.app with the email address or the order number from your receipt. We then ask Paddle to make the refund.
You can also ask for a refund directly at Paddle Buyer Support, at paddle.net. Select “Request refund” and use the purchase details from your receipt.
How a refund is processed
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for purchases of Everything Counts, so Paddle makes the refund. If possible, the money goes back to the payment method that you used.
We process an approved refund in 14 days or less. Your bank or payment provider can need more time to show the money in your account.
The refund policy of Paddle is at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
What occurs with your license
A refund revokes the license. The next time that Everything Counts checks the license online, the key does not unlock the app any more. Your data is not deleted. It stays on your Mac.
There is no subscription to cancel
Everything Counts costs $24 USD, paid one time. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal to cancel.
You can try Everything Counts free of charge for 14 days before you buy it, with no account and no payment card.
